Come on down to Paintworks to taste and buy an array of sensory foods, such as oysters, unctuous cheeses and artisan chocolates from our local food market, or gorge on a selection of hot and sumptuous street food.

Valentine's Day isn't just about couples, it's about sharing food and spending time with family and friends too, which is why at this Festival there will be something for everyone. Children will be able to enjoy a range of free activities, including some great arts and crafts and face painting. Friends can have fun at a sewing workshop, designing and sewing together your very own knickers or making your own healthy raw chocolates and the delightful 'Art Tart' will also be on hand to whip up a portrait of you and your loved ones, the perfect keepsake of your day.

With a local cider bar, hot street food, afternoon tea, champagne cocktails, lively music and a livelier atmosphere, the Love Food Festival will be the place to be regardless of age or status. And if at the end of Valentine's Day words still fail you, nothing says it better than a heart shaped pork pie.
