Paintworks Event Space is more than just a venue, it’s unique, light, industrial laid-back vibe and lovely outside courtyards create an environment that work perfectly for Product launches, awards, sample sales, car launches, networking events, company work parties, conferences, exhibitions and seminars. Independently owned and run for a maximum Ship-Shape and Bristol Fashion service! 

With sliding doors we can now drive in cars for exclusive car launches and events.

Capacities

The Event Space works well for all events, these are our standard capacities:

Theatre style seated 300 

Cabaret style for dinner/dance 270 

Standing reception 300 

Theatre area only 80 

 

Hire rates

 

Full day and evening (8am -12 midnight) 

Commercial event or ticketed event rate (8am - midnight) £1800-2500 (depending upon numbers)

Private full day + evening hire for 100-200 delegates (8am - midnight) £1800

Private full day + evening for less than 100 delegates, charity or non-business event £1500

(For over 200 attendees please enquire for a quote)

Full day hire (8am- 6pm) 

Filming day hire £1250 - £1500

Standard Company hire for 70+ delegates £1500

Charity/Public Sector/Education or less than 70 delegates £1250

Half day hire (8am- 1pm or 1pm - 6pm) £950

Set up the day before £500-£800 depending upon times

 

Car Launches and Events (Includes up to 8 cars in the venue)

1-2 day hire £2500 + vat per day

3 days or more £2000 + vat per day

 

Hire rates include:

  • Exclusive venue hire with use of 2 outside courtyards
  • Venue tables and chairs
  • Venue staff to ensure your day goes smoothly
  • Hi-strength wi-fi throughout space
  • Festoon lighting and In-house sound system
  • Free parking on site for up to 50 cars

All prices are subject to VAT and discounts will be given if consecutive days are booked.

Our catering services will provide you with a personal touch from first inquiries, menu selection and customisation to outstanding delivery on the day, guaranteed.

We offer a fantastic range of options from canapes, sharing menus, street feasts, pizzas, afternoon teas and buffets to barbecues and seated table served dinners.

 

Kate's Kitchen

Local and sustainable bespoke catering packages, bringing flavour and creativity to your event! Kate’s Kitchen is based in central Bristol and works in many Bristol based venues.

Delicious food, sensational service. Canapes, small plates, grazing or feasting selection, sit-down menu, or evening buffet options.

Delicious and bursting with seasonal goodness, our food is thoughtful in substance and served with care. Let us take care of the catering, so you have more time to enjoy with your guests.

We cook from the heart to provide you with fabulous food for every occasion. Our chefs create sublime dishes influenced by the seasons. From canapes to buffets, to grand wedding feasts, charity fundraisers or office board meetings.

 

 

Coexist

The Coexist Community Kitchen, a not-for-profit cooking school and caterer based in Easton, Bristol. From tasty seasonal bites to big feasts and cosy dinners, we specialise in Vegetarian and plant based menus.

Our chefs put their heart and soul into creating dishes that will make your event unforgettable.

We provide delicious, seasonal, colourful food. We have a small team with a wealth of experience and bags of creative vision to help you create your dream day.

Not only is 90% of our menu locally grown & organic, so too are all the ingredients in our larder. We predominantly work as a veggie and vegan kitchen, with a touch of meat or fish if desired.

We are a thoughtful organisation that cares about our environmental impact. We work hard to create relationships with local growers and producers, and are considered in how we create menus to lessen our waste.

Our aim is to use food as a vehicle to work with people in and around Bristol who experience social marginalisation, helping to build a stronger, healthier and more joyful society.

 

 

AV and Equipment

Our recommended AV supplier, locally based Enlightened can supply staging, screens, technicians, projectors and sound equipment at excellent rates. This can usually be booked in for you directly by Paintworks Events staff and quotes for all equipment can be given immediately on request. It is also fine to bring in your own equipment and technicians.
